主要研究内容
金属材料・半導体材料の凝固・結晶成長ダイナミクスの研究に取り組んでいます。大型放射光施設で得られる高輝度X線を活用したリアルタイムイメージング・回折などの計測手法の開発・複合化を行い、それらを駆使して凝固・結晶成長現象をありのまま観察し、観察事実に基づいた新たな材料プロセスの創出を目指しています。
