Research

Researches on plasticity and dislocations in crystalline materials and physical properties of van der Waals layered quasicrystals are conducted. Current topics under investigation are as follows:

  1. Synthesis and evaluation of van der Waals layered quasicrystals
  2. Electronic properties of topological insulators
  3. Electrical properties of dislocations in topological insulators
  4. Plasticity and dislocations of semiconductors
  5. Electrical and optical properties of dislocations in semiconductors
