Research

Researches on structure and physical properties of van der Waals layered materials are conducted. Current topics under investigation are as follows:

  1. Synthesis and evaluation of van der Waals layered quasicrystals
  2. Superconductivity in quasicrystals
  3. Electronic properties of topological insulators
  4. Electrical properties of dislocations in topological insulators
