Physics and application of graphene and van der Waals heterostructrues
(1) Quantum transport of Dirac fermions in graphene.
(2) Fabrication of van der Waals heterostructures.
(3) van der Waals magnetic tunnel junctions and Josephsonjunctions.
(4) Development of vertical FET and ultrasensitive photon detectors based on 2D materials.
(5) Optoelectronic applications of graphene/h-BN van der Waals superlattices.
