Research

My laboratory aims to develop highly functional biodevices and systems based on advanced nano/micro fabrication technologies and heterogeneous material/device integration technologies cultivated in the semiconductor industry, and to develop innovative bioinstrumentation devices and bioinformation sensing systems.
Specifically, the following themes are being addressed.

– Development of evaluation technology for exosomal medicines as a new medical modality
– Development of highly integrated microfluidic devices and their application to compact diagnostic devices
– Research on polymer thin films and nanofiber materials for biological sensing
– Research on nano/microfabrication technology
